• Request data: The descriptions you provide when you ask VibingClips to create something.

• Authenticate you and identify your content in our systems using the email address you provide.
• Generate content using third-party AI systems based on the descriptions you submit.
• Monitor app performance and prevent abuse.

AI Technology

VibingClips uses AI technology to power the experience in the app, and relies on trusted third-party providers to operate the service.

Sharing & Disclosure

We only share data with service providers that help us operate VibingClips. This includes our backend platform (hosting/authentication), our subscription billing partners (in-app purchases), and our AI service providers that generate content based on your requests. We do not sell your data.

Generated Content Storage

The media we generate for you are stored on our servers so you can revisit, download, and share them. These assets remain tied to your account until you delete them or remove your profile. When you request deletion, we purge those media files as part of the account cleanup described below.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account any time from My Profile → Delete account. Deletion immediately signs you out and flags your data for removal. We retain the data for a 30-day grace period so you can recover it by logging back in. If you need an immediate purge, contact us during that window and we will erase your account. After the window closes, we permanently purge your profile, stories, and related content from our backend platform and connected services.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access, update, or delete your account within the app.
• Contact us at privacy@vibingclips.com for additional data requests.
• Opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails (if applicable).

International Transfers

We operate globally. Your information may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or other countries where our partners maintain infrastructure. We rely on contractual safeguards and vetted vendors to protect your information.

Content Moderation

We run automated reviews on prompts and generated content in real time. If something violates our usage guidelines, we block or remove it to keep the experience safe for everyone.

Security

We apply industry-standard security practices, including encrypted network connections, role-based access, and audit logging through our backend platform. If you ever suspect unauthorized access, please notify us immediately so we can investigate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will post updates here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of VibingClips after an update means you accept the revised policy.
